How much is the shipping?

Shipping starts at around 8.00€ internationally and all goods are sent from Latvia. Import duties may occur when shipping outside European Union.

Flat Rate shipping is tracked mail parcels which usually are delivered in 1-4 weeks (you can see an ETA for your address during checkout). Keep in mind this is only an estimate and there could be unexpected delays.

Express shipping is usually a courier company like DHL, DPD or GLS (depends on the destination) and is usually a faster and a more convenient option.

 

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

While our tracking link provides some information, it's often not the most accurate. For Flat Rate shipments, please use your local post office website and your tracking number to get the most accurate tracking details (e.g. if you live in United States, use USPS to track the package).

If it's already a week past last estimated delivery date and there have been no updates on tracking, please reach out to us via email or Facebook.

 

Can I add another item to existing order?

In most cases - no. Our fulfillment times are usually very quick so it is very unlikely we will be able to make adjustments in time. If you still haven't received the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us via email or Facebook and we'll try our best but in most cases it's not possible as the order is already being processed or being shipped out.

 

How fast are orders being processed?

Most orders are processed within 1 working day. Please check spam folder if you still haven't received any shipping confirmation.

In rare cases, when there's an issue with address the orders can be put on hold - if you still haven't received a shipping confirmation several days after making an order, please reach out to us via email or Facebook.

 

I have a problem with the product.

Most of our products have instruction guides which you can find here but if there's a clear issue or something is not working right, please reach out to us via email or Facebook and we'll help you out!

 

Are you selling the 3D files so I can print it myself?

No, we do not. It would be impossible to make sure that anyone with a 3D printer doesn't start selling it. Therefore we do not sell any 3D models of our products.
